It's been a gentle mix of learning, escaping, and feeling a little too deeply, and I love seeing how each story left its own small mark on me.

Snowberry Blanket Pattern

What You'll Need:

Pattern:

  1. Chain foundation: Chain a multiple of 20 + 2 for your desired width (e.g., 122 for a medium throw).
  2. Row 1: Single crochet (SC) in the 2nd chain from hook and across. Turn.
  3. Row 2-5: SC in each stitch. Change color every 2-4 rows to make stripes: pink → red → white → repeat.
  4. Repeat: Continue SC rows and changing colors until blanket reaches desired length.
  5. Border (optional): Once finished, SC evenly around the entire blanket in one color for a clean edge.
  6. Finish: Weave in all ends with yarn needle.

Ginger Immunity Shots

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and peel the ginger
  2. Chop ginger into small pieces
  3. Add ginger to a blender with lemon juice, 1-2 cups of water, honey, tumeric and pepper
  4. Blend until completely smooth
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer
  6. Pour into a jar or small bottles
  7. Store in fridge for up to 5 days

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and chop cucumber, apple, celery, and ginger
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender with water
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer
  5. Pour into a small glass and drink immediately
